Boat Ramp: Available on-site with an impact fee charged at check-in. Vessels up to 24 feet are allowed.
Docking: Daytime docking is available, but vessels cannot be docked overnight. All vessels must be parked on the lot.
Parking: The lot accommodates two vehicles, or combinations such as a jet ski and a vehicle, or a 24-foot boat and a vehicle (which can also be parked in the visitor parking area).
Visitor Parking: Available on the campground.
Vehicle and Vessel Policy: One vehicle and one vessel are allowed per reservation. During long weekends and lobster season, additional vehicles may incur extra fees from the campground.

We needed a place for two adults and a child to stay while in Key Largo for diving and other activities over Christmas vacation. Yumay’s place was clean, had space for all of us, and had a kitchen and grill allowing us to prepare many of our own meals. The campground’s heated pool is a nice bonus. We had not stayed at this campground before and had some questions about check in/check out. Yumay was responsive and answered all of them.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect with Publix being across the street and Winn-Dixie just a couple miles down the road. The place it’s self was very clean and smelled wonderful. The patio was our favorite, with a large flat screen TV and sound system, plenty of seating, outdoor fridges, and half bathroom which was very convenient. We enjoyed the community pool which does get busier at dusk. Ive never stayed in a RV/ mobile home but would recommend this to anyone, it is a great value! My only complaint is that the water pressure isn’t the best however, it is a mobile home after all.
